I3000 PRO SERIES - Complete Card Fulfillment Module

FAST AND EASY CARD AFFIXING & CARD MAILING SOLUTION

The I3000 complete plastic card fulfillment machine has been developed with new and advanced features. This module is a flexible solution that allows you to attach it to a carrier, inserting and enveloping with all necessary attachments, ready for distribution.

This module can operate stand alone or in in-line configuration with other modules from the Pro Series line.

MAXIMAILER

The MAXIMAILER is a multi-station system that revolutionizes the mailing process and can be adapted to the various marketing requirements. Directly connected to the INSERTER 3000, the MAXIMAILER receives the carrier with the affixed card and proceeds to fold the carrier into the envelope.

STANDARD MODULE FEATURES

Control Panel – The MAXIMAILER is equipped with a large LCD control panel and a graphic display. Easy and simple to use, it helps the operator follow every step of the process.

Carrier Folder – Once the I3000 has affixed the card on the card carrier, the folding process continues inside the MAXIMAILER card folder station. The carrier can be folded in Z, C, V format, depending on the envelope to be used.

Enveloping Station – The single enveloping station can process any format of inserts up to 4 mm thick, and mange up to 300 documents.

The envelope feeder can manage up to 400 envelopes, which can be reloaded without stopping the system.

ADDITIONAL MODULES

Insert Feeder – Feeds envelope size inserts. It has 4 thickness settings up to a maximum of 4 mm and can manage up to 300 documents

Feeder Tower – Two independent hopper insert feeders positioned one above the other. Designed to minimize the footprint. Each single feeder can manage up to 200 documents.
Hopper capacity: 240 mm
Insert thickness: 2 mm upper hopper / 4 mm lower hopper

Two Plate Folder – To feed and fold in C or Z form A4 is a better sized sheet. Equipped with one hopper with a capacity of up to 500 documents.

The standard version can be expanded and many configurations can be created according to the customers needs.

All additional modules listed above can be set in A, B, or C position, with up to 3 additional modules. Every module comes with a stand.
